NDC construction was developed with a vision to create and establish a network in the North. Our roots are in southern Manitoba, but the expansion to northern Manitoba, northern and southern Ontario and Saskatchewan in early 2009 helped pave the way for Northern Development Corporation a Limited company. With a rich history of serving northern and southern First nation communities, NDC has created a cooperative organized structure that understands these communities helping increase infrastructure that will last for many years to come! NDC has also worked in residential and commercial developments where design-build method was preferred. Our staff and experience exceeds 150 years in the construction industry all totaled.
